Rosecut Market Update - September 2022

Following the sad news about the recent passing of HM Queen Elizabeth, there has been a relatively calm environment in markets so far this month. Our investment team touch upon whether her death will affect markets in any way, as a common question from our clients.

For the month of September, our portfolio manager Daniel Greenhough and advisor Mike O'Sullivan also discuss recent trends in bond and FX markets, the recently announced energy cap and the UK housing market. They will also look at the US CPI numbers, which were released this week and discuss the anticipation for a pivot in approach from the Federal Reserve.
